Kitchen – We didn’t cut any corners! Our kitchen is top tier with above average appliances, dishes and cookware. Boasting two ovens, a blender, a pressure cooker, crockpot, tons of dishes! We receive so many comments from guests who say that they wish that their kitchen was outfitted the same way at home!

Coffee Haven Indulge in your coffee cravings at our fully stocked Coffee Bar. Discover a curated array of coffee options, including not one but TWO Keurigs, a Nespresso Machine, a Traditional Brewer, a Hot Water Pot, and a Coffee Grinder. The coffee bar is generously stocked with Kcups, Nespresso Pods, Coffee Beans, Tea, Hot Chocolate, and an assortment of sugar and creamer choices. We also added the convenience of a reverse osmosis water filtration system, negating the need for bottled water. The filtration system cartridges are changed monthly, not every six months!

Phenomenal house that made for a fantastic family Thanksgiving. We had a total of 11 people (6 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 younger kids). There was ample space, so no one was tripping over each other throughout the weekend. All bedrooms had very comfortable beds and amenities that made it easy to escape the "crowd" if needed, with TVs in all but one bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked for almost anything you want to cook. There is no shortage of activities, games (indoor/outdoor), and of course, the hot tub to relax and have fun. No one in our party was bored throughout the trip. Even with 4 additional dinner guests for Thanksgiving, this property was not even close to cramped. David and Marela were very quick to respond to our inquiries before our stay and check in on us throughout the stay. They even gave us a quick inventory of the kitchen before we arrived. They were very friendly and supportive. We had no concerns with the neighborhood. Highly recommend this property.

Love the House first thing I thought about was the neighborhood. The other house is around. It didn’t look so good but that House stood out, but it was quiet. The house was just as it was online beautiful. I took a group of ladies from the church and we had so much fun And the host did tell us places we could go was very helpful with directions and with any questions I had I would definitely come back again and recommend anyone to that home. Marcela always answer back quickly, so I thank her for answering all the questions and being a great host and have a beautiful home.. and we were only nine minutes away from the Riverwalk.

Overall amazing Airbnb. Loved the amenities and house. The showers are amazing. Well thought out and nice stay. Good lighting in the back. The neighborhood has stray dogs and it’s a little sketchy walking around. I don’t recommend walking around especially alone. Also the host is great but I don’t think they should be asking guests to put away dishes and towels. I am paying money to come on vacation and not do any work at all. It’s still 5 stars, but I am just against the guest having to do anything. I’m not sure if that’s common in Texas but I’ve never had that asked of me at other Airbnb’s.

1) the roaches. The pest control team did terrible or never truly sprayed. Baby roaches throughout the kitchen screams infestation. They were coming out from under the fridge, behind the microwave, and the dishwasher. There was one of found in a bedroom and a couple of them on the countertop crawling around our food. people were finding it hard to relax. Due to roaches on the countertops. I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES. 2)The neighborhood dogs. We kept getting chased down the street by a group of dogs. 3)The neighborhood cats. Should fully enclose the porch that would help. 4) Housekeeping. The house needs a deep cleaning. Housekeepers are truly cleaning the surface not getting in the crevices. This majorly impacts the quality of the house. 5) shower. Waterfall shower heads and handheld sprayed water all over the floor. 6) outside trash cans were full of garbage. 7) the train was not that big of a deal for us but absolutely noisy. I NEED MORE SPACE FOR REST OF COMPLAINTS

We are a family with 8 adults and 6 small children. The house was perfect. It had a private back yard where they could play, a nice deck to play on and make s’ mores, room to play inside. It was close to the sites we wanted to visit. The house was the best stocked I have stayed at. It had ample dishes, appliances, glasses and coffee mugs, and pots and pans. Loved the reverse osmosis filtered water. We loved all the dining seating and sofa areas. There was a train crossing about 2 blocks away. It bothered 1 in our group but the rest of us barely noticed it. We had 4 vehicles and had plenty of parking room. The neighborhood is older but there was 24 hour surveillance cameras so we never felt unsafe. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose to do so.

place was perfect for our "Guys trip". as described, clear communication, we enjoyed the home and was a short 10 or 15 minute Uber ride away from pretty much anything we wanted to do. the neighborhood looked a "bit sketchy" but all was actually quiet and nobody bothered us. once you are in the house it's like you are in your own little world anyway. we had 7 guests and all of us had our own sleeping area and own bed. Marcela was kind enough to allow for an early checkin. everything in house is clearly marked for kitchen and coffee. .. 100% would use this house again for a group or large family trip.

Great place to stay while exploring central San Antonio. Just a few minutes drive from Brackenridge Park, zoo, museums, downtown sites. House has so many amenities, made us feel at home. Wonderful large open living area/kitchen was a perfect place for small kids to play when we were not enjoying the great outdoor spaces. Supplied indoor and outdoor games were appreciated. Hot tub is a great place to spend your evenings. Loved the well equipped kitchen and stocked coffee bar and wine fridge!

This airbnb definitely dissapointed us. We were able to book exceeding the maximum and just hours before us leaving to San Antonio, hosts lets us know that we were exceeding maximum but since it was such short notice, and we couldn't book elsewhere, we were allowed to stay. Place was not what we were expecting. Not thoroughly cleaned. All the showers had mold, kitchen had crumbs of food, hot tub had brown dirt all over the bottom, showers didn't work well, our socks got dirty as soon as we walked in and it was in the most awful part of San Antonio, literally blocks from the homeless. Train was in the way and blocked us from arriving, took us an extra hour to arrive because of it blocking our way. I would really recommend looking elsewhere.

We were very happy with the house. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it very comfortable for our extended family. The house really was great for the 4 kids, ages 2 to 11, having the outside area, the inside games and the hot tub to keep them entertained. It is so close to the downtown which made it super convenient. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. The house appears to be a newer build in an older neighborhood. But it was very quiet, after New Year’s Eve.🤣

It had so many amenities that really stood out - from the well-supplied kitchen and dining, the white noise machines, the baby-friendly items - it was really a great stay! Everything was thoughtfully organized and labeled. What we loved most, though, was the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the tv, the fires, the hot tub, and more. This house was nice and great for our group of 14, with ages ranging from 70 years old to 10 months old. I was a little concerned about the children as we didn’t have a pool like our normal vacations, but the backyard was amazing and very entertaining for them. I loved the fact that there was plenty of space to spread out between the inside and outside of the home. I was pleased to see 2 ovens as we always try to prepare at least 2 meals in, so the 2 ovens made it easy. There’s one bedroom that doesn’t have a TV and seemed to be hotter than the other rooms. Marcela and David, were great hosts and responded within minutes when I had to reach out to them. We booked this home for the close proximity to attractions which were great. There’s easy assess to the interstates. There’s no stores in this particular area, I think I saw only one gas station. The closest Walmart was like 10-15 mins away without traffic. Overall, it was a great rental!

It was amazing and host was super nice! Had a Bach weekend here and there was room for everyone and everything!! Didn’t love the neighborhood, a little sketchy but I’m sure its because it was close to downtown so it was convenient. the house was sooo nice it stuck out! Loved the interior and the backyard!

I loved the pictures and the space and amenities that were provided. When arrived it was easy to get in and have access. Place had enough of space for our party of 16. However we had the host contact us the next day that there were complaints about neighbors saying we were making a lot of noise and host accused us. Didn’t care to ask and told us they would call the police next time. I was livid! I explained we didn’t have music at all. We had 5 children under the age of 5 that were sleep. Last thing ofcourse we wanted to do was make noise. I explained this to them. Thy didn’t care to ask or anything just accused us. Which I knew was total bs which made me think they probably were spying on us through cameras because all adults were in the back porch talking and hot tub had a couple of beers like any other get together. I mean were spending 1600.00 for 3 days. Anyways my daughter and mother went to get eggs to a local corner store there was people shooting up. NEIGHBORHOOD IS BAD! Run!

Great stay for all of my family. Plenty of activities for all the kids. Plenty of space for everyone. Street parking was a little tight and train passing could wake you up. Overall, enjoyed our stay in the home.

My family & I were in town for BMT graduation and really enjoyed this home. It was a lot to keep in entertained in the house and it was very open so everyone could be out in the main space hanging out. Bedrooms (very comfy beds) and bathrooms were very nice and everyone pretty much had there own. It was a great stay and are planning to return later this year!

This was the most fun ABNB I've ever stayed in. There's something for everyone here. Everything was clean and organized. All of the light switches and cabinets are labeled so finding things was simple. I'll definitely look to book this property again when I come back to San Antonio.

The house is ideal for a group with plenty of room to spread out. It was very clean and exceptionally well stocked. The location is very convenient, and, while the neighborhood is in transition, there were no safety issues. The only downside are the train tracks situated nearby, which can make for some loud noise.
